Madeline T. Paterniani, President, MTP Tax Advisors

Madeline has over 20 years’ experience in accounting, tax compliance, tax planning, auditing, and consulting. She has worked with a wide variety of companies throughout her career, including manufacturers, SEC reporting companies, financial institutions, retail operations, wineries, municipal electric utilities and dozens of small businesses.

Madeline has a particular interest in individual income tax and enjoys the uniqueness each clients situation presents. She enjoys working one on one with her clients to tailor a plan of action to achieve the most advantageous outcome for all of her clients.

Madeline has a reputation for being extremely detail oriented and well organized. She’s also easy to talk to and explains the sometimes arcane world of tax compliance in a way her clients understand.

Madeline was born, raised, and currently resides in the Capital Region of NY. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Siena College located in Loudonville, NY.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University at Albany, graduating cum laude, providing a strong academic foundation for his practical expertise.

David’s client portfolio includes small family-owned businesses seeking long-term stability, as well as specialized trades such as the Construction, Plumbing, and Electrical industries, where he assists with specific issues like job costing and compliance. Furthermore, David possess extensive experience serving the Retail and Restaurant sectors, focusing on operational efficiency and sales tax management, alongside providing meticulous personal income tax preparation and planning for individuals.
